Concatenate video or audio streams

With DuME, you can easily concatenate multiple video or audio clips together.

If all clips use the same encoding and are of the same size, you can create a multiple input file node.
With this method, encoding will be very fast, and if you don’t need any filter node, you can even just copy the data without transcoding which makes the process blazingly fast.

Then select your media files, and use the File list to change their order, add, or remove clips.

DuME will concatenate all clips as a single stream; if the stream is directly connected to an output file node, you can even export the new media file without transcoding the streams and just copy the data to keep the quality and for an extremely fast encoding.

If you’re assembling multiple streams from various sources and they don’t use the same encoding or aren’t the same size and format, you can use the “concatenate video” or “concatenate audio” nodes, with any other upstream node to adjust the stream settings, like the size or pixel format.
