HAP
HAP originally commissionned by Vidvox is a widely-supported free and open-source video format built for realtime playback, using the GPU instead of the CPU.
HAP is usually contained in .mov (Quicktime) files.
Select one of the presets to quickly encode to HAP:
- HAP is a standard video output.
- HAP Alpha is the same with transparency.
- HAP-Q is a higher quality version of HAP with twice the bitrate.
Settings

Select a container, then the Vidvox HAP codec.
You can then select a profile, either HAP for standard output or HAP-Q for a high-bitrate, large-file, high-quality output.
Check the Transparency / Alpha channel option if you need to keep transparency in the video.
